About Wiko

Helping businesses find a practical starting point for automation

Wiko Blueberry helps small and mid-sized businesses understand where automation is worthwhile and develop workflows they can measure, audit, and supervise.

We start with the process: what people do today, where repetitive work occurs, and what a useful improvement would look like.

About Wiko

Start with the work, then choose the technology

Businesses don’t always need a new system. Sometimes the right next step is a process change, a feature in an existing tool, or a limited test before committing to implementation.

Wiko considers integrations, conventional software, rules, and AI according to the needs of the workflow. The aim is to reduce repetitive work and recover useful capacity, with results evaluated against agreed criteria.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses whose needs fit the engagement, with an initial focus on recruiting/staffing and service businesses, particularly Recruiting / HR and Operations.

Founder

Exceiver Saenz — Founder, Wiko Blueberry

Exceiver’s technical background spans agentic systems, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, natural language processing, database systems, and software design and implementation, supported by foundations in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and parallel computing.

His practical work includes developing an AI-assisted workflow for extracting information from documents and organizing it into structured data. He tested its outputs against manually prepared reference data and continues experimenting with different approaches to explore the technology’s capabilities and limits.

Through continuous learning and hands-on development, he brings a process-focused, evidence-based approach to Wiko’s automation work.

How we work

Practical project

Document information extraction and structuring

In an independently developed project, Exceiver used AI to extract information from documents and produce structured data. He compared the automated outputs with an existing reference table prepared manually from the documents.

The project continues to evolve through experimentation with technical approaches. It is a practical development project, not a client case study or a claim of measured business savings.

Principles

Make the work understandable and the results verifiable

Measurable

Define the starting point and evaluation criteria so that improvements can be checked rather than assumed.

Auditable

Define execution records that help people review relevant actions, outcomes, and exceptions within the agreed scope.

Human-supervised

Keep responsibilities clear, including who reviews exceptions and makes decisions requiring judgment.

Location and working relationship

Based in El Paso. Working remotely.

Wiko Blueberry is an early-stage venture operating remotely from El Paso, Texas. The United States is the initial priority market; fit is evaluated according to the process, scope, and requirements of each engagement.

Exceiver personally reviews incoming requests and helps identify the next step. The people, responsibilities, and services involved in an engagement are defined in its agreement.
