Find the right starting point for your process

Whether you need to understand an opportunity, test a solution, implement a workflow, or support one already in use, Wiko helps you choose a scope that fits your situation.

You don’t need every service. The right route depends on what is known, what still needs validation, and the responsibilities involved.

Automation Audit & Advisory

Automation Audit & Advisory

When it fits

You know repetitive work is creating a burden, but you’re unsure where to start or whether automation is justified.

What we do

We assess the current process, map handoffs and exceptions, identify opportunities, and evaluate constraints and risks. We establish baseline metrics where possible or define how they can be measured.

What you receive

  • A findings report and current-state process map.
  • Baseline metrics and a measurement method.
  • Prioritized opportunities, risk analysis, and a recommended roadmap.
  • Impact estimates with explicit assumptions.

What we need from you

Time with people who understand the process, representative information you are authorized to share, and a responsible person to clarify priorities and constraints. Available records help establish the baseline; missing information is documented.

Scope boundaries

This is a process assessment, not a certified audit or production implementation. Estimated impact is not a demonstrated result. The assessment may recommend a process change or existing tool configuration instead of custom automation. A formal comparative workflow experiment belongs to Demo / Proof of Concept.

Demo / Proof of Concept

Demo / Proof of Concept

When it fits

You have identified an opportunity, but need evidence about whether a proposed solution is worth taking further.

What we do

We agree on a limited experiment, a baseline, success criteria, and risk limits. We build and test representative cases, compare results, and record failures and exceptions.

What you receive

  • A defined test scope and limited executable workflow.
  • An evaluation plan and comparative results.
  • A failure and exception log, with technical notes and limitations.
  • A recommendation to continue, adjust, or discard the approach.

What we need from you

Representative cases, authorized access to an agreed test environment, process knowledge, and a responsible person to agree on evaluation criteria and review findings.

Scope boundaries

A PoC is a bounded experiment, not a production deployment. Its results apply to the tested scope. A successful demonstration does not remove the need for production design, acceptance testing, and operational responsibilities.

Full Workflow Implementation

Full Workflow Implementation

When it fits

The solution has sufficient validation and needs to become a production workflow that people can operate, supervise, and verify.

What we do

We design and build the agreed workflow, integrate systems, define human controls, and implement monitoring, exception handling, and recovery procedures. We validate against agreed acceptance and risk criteria, then transfer operational knowledge.

What you receive

  • An implemented workflow and documented acceptance results.
  • System documentation, an operations manual, and human control procedures.
  • Agreed metrics and execution records, plus a continuity plan.
  • Operator training and formal handoff.
  • Code, configuration, and access transfer as defined by contract.

What we need from you

An authorized project owner, agreed requirements and acceptance criteria, required data and system permissions, and time for testing and training. You identify who will operate the workflow and approve business rules and decisions.

Scope boundaries

Ownership, infrastructure, licenses, third-party costs, and responsibilities are defined in the agreement. Human review may remain necessary. A separate PoC is not mandatory when sufficient validation already exists; discovery and acceptance testing still apply.

Every implementation includes 30 calendar days of initial corrective support from documented formal acceptance. Covered defects attributable to Wiko that are reported during this period remain covered until resolution, even if correction finishes later. Known documented commitments remain in force.

A subsequent review is also included, with its timing and scope agreed in the proposal and handoff. Ongoing maintenance, dependency changes, new functionality, and deeper optimization require their own agreed scope.

Managed Automation

Managed Automation

When it fits

A production workflow needs ongoing technical monitoring, maintenance, and incident handling.

What we do

We monitor executions and alerts, investigate technical incidents, maintain contracted integrations, and track technical changes and their effects within the operating agreement.

What you receive

  • Operational monitoring, agreed alerts, and incident handling.
  • Reports or dashboards, plus cost and performance tracking.
  • Integration maintenance and records of significant changes and incidents.
  • Escalation and recovery procedures, with support for designated supervisors.

What we need from you

Named contacts and reviewers, maintained accounts and permissions, agreed business priorities, and decisions about exceptional cases, business rules, and accepted risk.

Scope boundaries

Coverage hours, response times, severity levels, included maintenance, and approval requirements are agreed explicitly. This service does not imply universal 24/7 support. You retain authority over business decisions. Experiments, major redesigns, and systematic improvement have a separate scope.

Continuous Optimization

Continuous Optimization

When it fits

A workflow is operating and you want to investigate whether specific changes could improve its results.

What we do

We analyze executions, segment cases, develop hypotheses, and run bounded experiments. We compare benefit and risk against the current workflow, review findings with you, and recommend adoption, adjustment, further testing, or rejection.

What you receive

  • Prioritized opportunities and defined hypotheses.
  • Experiment plans, results, limitations, and baseline comparisons.
  • Error and severity analysis.
  • Recommendations and decision records for the changes evaluated.

What we need from you

Authorized access to relevant execution records, a defined objective, agreed risk limits, and someone who can validate findings and approve changes to business rules or process scope.

Scope boundaries

A pattern does not prove that a change will help. An experiment may show that the current workflow should remain unchanged. Major redesigns, new integrations, and substantial implementation may require separate estimation and budgeting.

How pricing and timing work

How pricing and timing work

Scope, complexity, integrations, data readiness, risk, and required support affect the estimate. We agree on deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, pricing, and timing in a written proposal before committing to the work.

Third-party services, licenses, and infrastructure costs are identified in the agreement. Changes in scope or missing dependencies may affect the estimate and schedule.

You don’t need to choose a service before contacting us. Start with the process you want to improve, and we’ll review the appropriate next step.

Common questions

Common questions

Do I need to purchase every service?

No. The route depends on your process maturity, evidence, risk, and priorities.

Does the solution have to use AI?

No. We consider process changes, existing tool features, integrations, conventional software, and AI when each is appropriate.

What does the free conversation include?

Up to 30 minutes to understand your stated problem, review fit, and recommend a preliminary next step. It does not include a detailed assessment, custom development, or a formal evaluation against a baseline. Meeting requests are reviewed before an invitation is sent.

What is the difference between management and optimization?

Managed Automation focuses on technical operation and maintenance. Continuous Optimization investigates whether changes provide worthwhile improvement. They can be contracted together with distinct scopes.

What if automation isn’t the right answer?

An assessment can recommend a process change, a native tool feature, further investigation, or no implementation.
